Mr. Chamorro Hernández graduated at the University
of Córdoba in 1995). He holds a Master in Business
Law from the Austral University (Master en Derecho de
Empresa, 1997), and has a vast experience in Corporate
Law.
He developed his experience working during eight years
in the Legal Department of the Public Registry of Commerce
(Inspección General de Justicia) of the city
of Buenos Aires. He has gained a wide experience in
corporate matters, advising on Corporate Law to many
companies and governmental agencies. Currently Mr. Chamorro
advises local and foreign companies with activities
within Argentina.
Mr. Chamorro Hernández lectures Corporate Law
at the University of Buenos Aires, and in the Pre-Master
of the Austral University. He is also regularly invited
to lecture in seminars on Corporate Law.
