Mr. Verly
brings to the Firm his experience in Commercial and Corporate
Law. He has led several important merger and acquisition
procedures. He has been involved as in-house counsel in
the issuance of a US$ 100 million Note of Acindar S.A.,
the largest non-flat steel producer in Argentina. He has
accumulated experience as advisor of Sun Microsystems,
Bell Helicopters, Salentein, Musimundo, Blaisten, Club
Atlético Boca Juniors and SPM - Sistema de Protección
Médica S.A., among others..
He is also a Professor of Commercial Law and Corporate
Law at the University of Buenos Aires. He holds a Master
in Business Law from Austral University in Argentina,
where he is regularly invited to make part of examination
and thesis defense committees. He has collaborated in
the best known legal publications of Argentina as La Ley,
El Derecho, Jurisprudencia Argentina, Revista de Derecho
Bancario, among others. Languages: Spanish, English and
French.
