Mr. Caselli has an extensive experience
in corporate law, M&A practice, antitrust and commercialization
systems. Among the most notorious business deals that
he led during the last years, it is worth mentioning
several transactions carried out on behalf of the largest
leverage buy-out fund in Latin America.
As the counsel for Supermercados Norte/Tía,
he advised several M&A and real estate transactions
that allowed such company to become the largest Supermarket
Chain in Argentina with 140 commercial stores.
He has been appointed co-author of the Fair Commercial
Practices Code, sponsored by the Secretariat for the
Defense of Competition and member of the committee that
follows up commercial related aspects, representing
the Argentine Chamber of Supermarkets.
He also represented one of the two largest international
credit cards companies in Argentina, in several administrative
proceedings before the Secretariat of Fair Commercial
Practices and Consumer Protection, and also in several
judicial proceedings.
He holds a Master in Business Law from Austral University
in Argentina. He has been appointed Professor of the
course "Commercial Distribution Systems" at
the LL.M. Program of the Austral University, where he
also is the director of a M&A seminar and a commercial
distribution system seminar.
