Cecilia Morelli has a wide experience in Health Care Law,
and Civil and Commercial Practice. She has been involved
in important projects for large companies.
She has been advising several companies in the health
care business which includes both private clinics and
health care companies such as S.P.M. Sistema de Protección
Médica S.A., Sanatorio Trinidad, Sanatorio Jockey
Club, Clínica del Sol, Consulmed and Grifols.
She deals primarily on health care agreements, medical
assistance and legal obligations related to this subject.
Ms. Morelli has attended many seminars and conference
on such speciality.
She also represents Alfaro Abogados in the Health Commission
of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce; and she is in charge
of a Newsletter on health care issued bimonthly by Alfaro
