Mr. Papa has a well recognized experience in litigation
and Commercial Law. He worked for more than ten years
at the Commercial Court of the Federal Capital, including
as Secretary of the Commercial Court Nº 20. In
the private activity, he advised companies such as HSBC
Bank Argentina S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Impsat S.A.
e YPF Argentina S.A.. Currently Mr. Papa is the head
attorney of the litigation department.
He holds the Master on Business Law at ESEADE (Escuela
Superior de Economía y Administración
de Empresas). He also participated in the "V Cursos
de Postgrado en Derecho, Política y Criminología",
on Civil and Commercial Law at the University of Salamanca,
Spain.
He is a lecturer at the Law School of University of
Buenos Aires on Commercial and Corporate Law. He wrote
several articles about his expertise.
He represents "Alfaro Abogados" at the New
Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group
of the World Law Group.
