| Mr. Vandenbroele
has a large experience in counseling foreign investors
in Latin America. After initiating his career in Buenos
Argentina, he became a foreign permanent associate at
Allende & Brea, New York Office, where he conducted
several cross border transactions. Among the most notorious
deals in which he was involved at that time, it is worth
mentioning several M&A transactions and securitisation
programs.
He was then relocated to the Buenos Aires office of
Alfaro Abogados where he continued assisting US and
European investors. Besides the abovementioned, he was
then involved in several e-commerce transactions.
After his stay in Buenos Aires, he was appointed to
open the Madrid office of Alfaro Abogados. He is now
the resident member in charge of the Madrid office from
where he still advises European investors in the region.
