| Ms. Soledad
Matteozzi specializes in Corporate Law. She is currently
working at the New York office of Alfaro-Abogados, from
where she advises American corporations and financial
institutions doing business in Latin America, especially
in Argentina, in connection with corporate, commercial,
banking, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border financial
transactions.
She holds a Master in Corporate Banking and Finance
(LL.M) from Fordham University, New York. She is actively
involved in the client development of the New York office,
participating in various seminars and conference regarding
the economic, political and legal relationship between
Argentina and the U.S. She is native in Spanish, speaks
fluent English and have and understanding of German.
She is admitted to the New York State Bar (2005).
